Primula Capitata
One of my favourite flowers of early summer is this primula....It looks wonderful by water and flowers when other waterside blooms are going over or gone. A Google image search showed there are several different varieties of P. capitata..... though the photos all look similar to me ! I dont know what mine are.. they came from different sources. They will eventually open to globular heads. Watch this space !

JT, one of my favorites too. My garden has an abundance of blue flowers this year -- love those blue flowers!
